Organoleptic Profile:

From the same vineyard parcel and the same blend, composed of 95% white grape varieties and 5% Corvina vinified as a white wine, from vines approximately 50 years old, comes a sparkling wine with a warm, luminous golden-yellow color and a fine, persistent perlage. The nose is rich and enveloping, with intense aromas of candied fruit, dried apricot and honey, accompanied by elegant notes of pan brioche and toasted nuts. Delicate sweet spice nuances complete the bouquet, imparted by the liqueur made from barrel-aged Passito Garganega.

On the palate, it is soft, creamy and silky, with a well-integrated sweetness supported by freshness and the mineral character typical of our morainic soils. The mousse is fine and enveloping, while the palate develops with balance and persistence, leaving pleasant notes of ripe fruit, honey and delicate toasted nuances.

It pairs elegantly with dry pastries, artisanal baked desserts and fruit tarts, while also creating an intriguing balance with blue cheeses and washed-rind cheeses served with preserves. A Metodo Classico with an enveloping and refined personality, ideal for accompanying dessert or creating original and sophisticated food pairings.
