Organoleptic Profile:
Brilliant straw yellow with golden reflections and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, it is fresh and elegant, with delicate citrus aromas of lemon and cedar, accompanied by notes of green apple, pear and white peach. Fresh floral aromas of white flowers emerge, together with subtle aromatic nuances that add liveliness and complexity to the bouquet. The extended lees aging contributes delicate notes of pan brioche and pastry, while maintaining a fresh and luminous profile.
On the palate, it is fresh, balanced and dynamic, with a pleasant savory character and a fine, creamy mousse that carries the wine with elegance. The fruity notes return on the palate, supported by vibrant acidity that provides lift and makes the wine pleasantly smooth and refreshing. The finish is clean, harmonious and persistent, with a pleasant fresh and citrusy sensation.
It pairs beautifully with delicate and fresh dishes, from fish appetizers and shellfish to seafood-based first courses and white meats. It is also well suited to vegetables, light fried dishes and fresh or medium-aged cheeses. A versatile and convivial Metodo Classico, perfect from aperitivo through the meal, able to accompany both informal occasions and more refined moments with ease.
